Happy Labor Day, Pennsylvania! 

This Labor Day, we pause to honor the workers who built Pennsylvania and continue to move our Commonwealth forward every single day. From the teachers in our classrooms to the nurses in our hospitals, from the union laborers on our job sites to the service workers who keep our communities running, their dedication is the backbone of our economy and our democracy.

As your Speaker, I am proud to fight for policies that protect workers’ rights, raise wages, and ensure every Pennsylvanian has the dignity and respect they deserve on the job. But with so much at stake, we know this work is far from finished.

On this Labor Day, let’s recommit ourselves to standing together, for fairness, for justice, and for opportunity for all.
