Happy Labor Day!

Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the union members who’ve helped build New Jersey and strengthen our middle class.

So much of New Jersey’s progress is thanks to organized labor. Together, we’ve improved wages, increased employment, and established historic protections for our state's workers — and we’re not stopping there.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to defending workers' rights, including the right to strike for better conditions, benefits, and pay. Unions are the backbone of our state, and we are proud to stand with you in this fight.

New Jersey is a proud union state, and together with organized labor, we’re building a stronger and fairer economy for all.
