That’s not just a slogan. It’s a promise to the far-right politicians who think they can meddle in Philly’s justice system, attack our communities, and take down a movement they don’t understand.

They’ve tried to override the will of voters. They’re trying to remove me from office by supporting Patrick Dugan in the race against me. They’ve tried to use Philly as a punching bag in their national culture wars.

But they keep learning the same lesson: We don’t back down.
