We’re still falling a little bit behind on our August fundraising projections, so today, I’m officially launching an ambitious (but necessary) new goal: 250 grassroots donations before midnight tomorrow — including at least 3 more from your zip code. Last year, it took an enormous amount of resources to fight back against the GOP’s spending. In total, MAGA Republicans poured in over $8 million in just the final month of the election! We had to spend nearly every dime in our war chest just to barely hang on.

Listen, I truly wish money didn’t play such a huge role in our elections. I know that may sound a little bit odd coming from a Finance Director, but in my perfect world, elections would be decided by who has the best ideas and the best record — nothing else.

But until that happens, we need to be prepared for anything and everything Donald Trump’s goons throw at us. And yes. That requires your financial support.
