Hi, friend – I'll keep this quick:

Before I catch my flight back to the other Washington, I wanted to remind you that 11:59 p.m. tonight is the final deadline for us to reach my $30,000 end-of-month goal. Because right now, we're falling 18% short.

With the Senate back in session in a few days, my GOP colleagues are praying folks forgot about what they did just a few short weeks ago – like gutting Medicaid, food stamps, research grants, funding for PBS and NPR, and so much more to fund tax cuts for billionaires.

Democrats need to show that America is not going to just forget the harm Republicans in Congress have inflicted on this country.

But proving it starts by showing that we won't let up the fight – and that requires meeting every single fundraising goal from here on out, including the one tonight.

So friend, if you're able, will you please chip in $5, $25, or anything you can spare to help me close the gap on my $30,000 end-of-month goal before midnight?
