Last week, ICE’s top official said they would continue allowing agents to stay masked during raids, violating your rights.

Then, ICE sent wave after wave of masked guards to Governor Newsom’s public event – no arrests, just intimidation.

Deployments like this raise serious questions, and we want transparency. That’s why I just led 14 of my colleagues in the California delegation in demanding answers from DHS about this toxic stunt.

And it’s why I helped introduce the No Masks for ICE Act, because law enforcement should always operate transparently.
