I can’t believe we are back here, friend– 

I will never forget the joy and love I witnessed the day the Obergefell decision legalized marriage equality nationwide.

But today, marriage equality is not a settled issue—it’s under attack. Just like with the fall of Roe, freedoms we thought were untouchable can vanish overnight.

This isn’t a hypothetical. States are already testing the waters. Courts are hearing appeals. Conservative groups are openly campaigning to roll back equality.

The fight for marriage rights is once again on the line. We cannot afford to sit back and accept empty promises from the GOP or conservative judges who claim Obergefell is “safe.” We know better.
