NATIONAL: MORAL MONDAYS IN GEORGETOWN - AUGUST 25TH Join Georgetown Resistance for a weekly protest at Scott County Courthouse (101 E. Main St in Georgetown) from 4:45 p.m until 5:45 p.m. The group asks that you bring non-confrontational, positive signs focused on issues. You can join their private Facebook group for updates.
NATIONAL: SUPPORT OUR VETERANS AT THE VA - AUGUST 27TH Join Peaceful Bluegrass Resistance for a weekly protest from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the VA Medical Center (2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY). Click here to check for cancellations.
NATIONAL: HANDS ACROSS-STAND TOGETHER LEXINGTON - AUGUST 28TH Join others hand-in-hand across a six-mile portion of Lexington from noon until 1 p.m. as a show of community unity on Thursday, August 28th.
