Hello,
We come from opposite sides of the country—but we’ve walked similar paths. We both served overseas, both took oaths to defend this country, and now we’re both running for Congress to protect the values we fought for.
I’m Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher, retired U.S. Navy. I first took an oath to defend the Constitution at 17 years old, and I upheld it for more than 40 years—whether serving as an intelligence officer, in Afghanistan, or at the highest levels of national security policy.
I’m running to defeat Lauren Boebert—one of the most extreme, anti-democracy voices in the House.
I’m Cait Conley, U.S. Army special operations combat veteran. I joined the Army after 9/11 and deployed six times to combat zones like Iraq and Afghanistan. Later, I served on the National Security Council and at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, working to protect Americans from threats both foreign and domestic.
I'm running to flip NY-17 from red to blue. It’s one of the most closely divided districts in the country, and one of only three seats in 2024 that Harris won but is currently held by a Republican member.
Now, we’ve both stepped up to run for Congress—because we believe our democracy is under attack, and the same courage that led us to serve in uniform is needed in Washington.
Both of these races will be expensive and hard-fought. And both are absolutely winnable—if we have your support.
We’ve served our country in war zones and in the Situation Room. We know what’s at stake. And we know this fight is worth it.
Now we’re asking you to join us.
Thank you for standing with us in this fight. Together we will flip the House and fight what’s happening to our country.
With gratitude and fire,
Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher (Ret.)
