Last month, the Big Ugly Bill ended Biden's Saving on a Valuable Education
(SAVE) student loan repayment plan — ending smaller payments, based on
income and family size, for almost 8 million student loan borrowers.^1

Yesterday, the Department of Education announced they want to end Public
Service Loan Forgiveness for thousands of borrowers employed by non-profit
organizations that work with trans people or immigrants, support
Palestine, or have DEI programs.^2

We "dont have the money" for student loan forgiveness unless you're
willing to directly carry out this administration's authoritarian agenda.
