I have good news and bad news, friend. I’ll start with the good news.

Good news: We are off to a strong start for our August fundraising! Thanks to people like you, our grassroots campaign is able to begin building up the resources we will need to protect this seat in 2026.

Bad news: My millionaire opponent has raised over $2 MILLION to defeat me and the GOP has put me on their list of top targets. Last November, we won by just 6,000 votes and this one will be an uphill battle until the end.

Growing up in the tobacco fields of eastern North Carolina, I learned the importance of working hard to create opportunity. I continue to live those values and will continue working every day to bring real results to North Carolinians. My team and I are working hard to expand healthcare access, bring jobs back home, and reduce education costs. But , I can’t do this without you.

Unlike my opponent, I don’t have millions of dollars to pour into my campaign. My number one priority and supporter is people like you. So, can I count on you to be a part of my team and chip in now to ensure we can keep delivering results for NC-01?
