Halibutis a favorite of ours, a beautiful flaky yet firm fish that is both delicious and versatile. A flatfish, it is a staple, known for its sweet meat and its textures across many different cultures and recipes.

Fresh Halibut
Be it baked in foil or grilled on the barbecue, it is bound to be a hit! Speaking of its cross-cultural appeal, one of our all-time favorite way to prepare Halibut - Chipotle Halibut with Mango Salsa. It's truly a perfect recipe that pairs the mild, sweet flavor of halibut with the spicy kick of chipotle, balanced by the refreshing mango salsa.
Fresh Black Cod
Rich, buttery, and packed with flavor, our fresh Black Cod is the star of this week’s lineup. Caught locally, this indulgent fish offers a velvety texture and deep, savory flavor that’s perfect for a range of culinary creations. For an exceptional experience, try it grilled or baked with a miso glaze for that melt-in-your-mouth texture Black Cod is famous for, or serve it simply with a light soy and ginger marinade to let its natural richness shine through. Fresh Dover Sole Dover Sole has a sweet flavor with a flaky and delicate texture – perfect for a simple dinner. Dover Sole is very similar to its cousin, the Petrale, with a thinner texture. For a classic, pan sauté in butter and a caper sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy! Dover Sole can also be enjoyed baked, poached, or steamed.
Our favorite study conducted on seafood to date revealed that Pacific Dover Sole packs the most protein per calorie of any other food, including 20% more protein than the leading market whey powder. Amazing!! They are also incredibly abundant along the length of the West Coast and have been certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) since 2014.
ORDERS:Use the Real Good Fish website to view featured items in the flash sale for this week and place your order. Sale closes at 10am PST Friday morning. If you are outside of the Western states please contact us and we can upgrade the shipping to overnight for an additional fee, or can send the product to arrive after the weekend.
DELIVERY: All deliveries will be sent to the address you choose in checkout. This can be the address you use for your general Real Good Fish deliveries or an alternative shipping address. Deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday to your door, depending when the order is placed.
SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on any orders over $100. For any orders less than $100, there will be a $35 shipping charge added to the final total. Delivery is available nationwide but any locations outside of CA, NV, UT, AZ, WA, OR, or ID will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
