Connecticut is falling apart. Our state was once a hub of business and manufacturing. Now, all that’s left are remnants of a bygone era.
For too long, CT Democrats have implemented their anti-business agenda—high taxes, endless regulations, and inflated costs driven by powerful unions. They have driven away jobs, business, and, most importantly, our family and friends.
Connecticut’s once great industries are now a thing of the past. With them have gone great, well-paying jobs that grew Connecticut’s middle class. Connecticut Democrat policies are so bad that Connecticut is the only state in the country that has not recovered all the jobs lost in the recession of 2008, let alone the pandemic.
CT Democrats already lost us our factories. Now, companies like General Electric, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and the Royal Bank of Scotland are leaving Connecticut because of the same policies.
We need change to bring back our jobs. We need to be competitive again. At the CTGOP, we are working to restore our economic future.
Only strong, committed, common-sense leadership will help to restore Connecticut – Leadership that Connecticut Republicans are ready to bring to our town halls, our state capitol, and Washington, DC.
