John, Congressional Republicans took back $1.1 billion in funding for public broadcasting. This is money that was already Congressionally-approved! This was a direct attack on our safety and our communities.

Millions of Americans, especially those of us in rural America, will see news services cut back: NPR, PBS, local news stations, public radio, children’s programs and more will suffer from these funding cuts.
