The Trump administration just launched its biggest attack on the climate. Last week the Environmental Protection Agency proposed eliminating the Endangerment Finding. Without it, the EPA will lose its requirement to protect people from the pollution that causes climate change. This act is an attempt to strip away protections that save lives and slash climate pollution. It will give fossil fuel companies a greater ability to pollute at will. Eliminating the endangerment finding could have a devastating impact on communities living with methane pollution from the oil and gas industry by making it harder to limit climate pollution under the Clean Air Act. Denying the climate crisis doesn’t stop it from happening. Tell Trump and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin to protect people from climate pollution.
