Missouri Right to Life is disappointed that a lone Administrative Hearing Commissioner, not elected by the people and not a medical professional, can instruct our Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services, a man with over 30 years of OBGYN experience, to issue a license to an abortion clinic with known infractions and a history of breaking Missouri laws.

The Planned Parenthood in St. Louis, Missouri has had multiple ambulances called to their facility over the years because of complications with abortions. Missouri Right to Life calls on our elected officials to challenge this injustice, protect women and correct the system that allows an unelected person to make health decisions for our state.
