Head Start and the Child Care and Development Block Grants (CCDBG) aren’t about giving some kids and families a leg up over others. It’s about ensuring every child gets a fair shot. Tell your representatives to support funding for early education programs. [[link removed]]

John,
Head Start is one of the most critical programs our country has to offer. It’s a lifeline for working families, providing a safe place for kids to learn, access to nutritious meals, and medical services.
Child Care and Development Block Grants help low-income families across the nation afford the high-quality child care their kids deserve.
Simply put, Head Start is some children’s path out of poverty – boosting their chances of graduating high school, attending college and securing steady jobs in the future. And CCBDG gives parents the resources to help their children thrive.
Last week the Senate Commitee on Appropriations approved its Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Health and Human Services (HHS) budget. The numbers are positive, but we need to maintain the pressure. John, will you encourage your lawmakers to support the Senate funding levels? [[link removed]]
TELL CONGRESS NOW [[link removed]]
Last year, 750,000 kids were enrolled in Head Start. That’s why we need as many lawmakers as possible to support funding for Head Start. Families are counting on their support, John.
Let’s make sure every child has a chance to learn, grow, and thrive.
Thanks for your advocacy,
