Destroying Environmental Protections:
He has pulled the U.S. out of the Paris Agreement, frozen clean-energy programs, dismantled the Environmental Justice office, and weakened environmental review across North Carolina. These moves sabotage flood mitigation, rural clean energy development, and protections for communities already reeling from events like Hurricane Helene.
