Environmental Defense Fund

Hi John,

For decades, the Environmental Protection Agency has been guided by a key principle: climate pollution threatens public health and welfare. It’s known as the Endangerment Finding, and it has served as a bedrock for meaningful climate action since 2009.

President Trump and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin are now taking steps to overturn this finding — an attempt to leave EPA powerless to limit the pollution that contributes to worsening droughts, flooding, wildfires and other unnatural disasters.

But to make this climate nightmare a reality, they’ll need to go through you first. Defend the Endangerment Finding by submitting a public comment today!

Communities across the country are already feeling the impacts of climate change. Abandoning EPA’s common-sense protections would only make those impacts worse.

The EPA is required to hear from stakeholders across the country before it finalizes a big change like this. That will include big polluters’ lobbyists, organizations like ours and (most importantly) constituents like you, John.

By raising your voice, you’ll help us make the case for stronger climate protections, not weaker ones. Submit a public comment and urge Administrator Zeldin to preserve EPA’s Endangerment Finding.
