CNN is reporting the annual AIPAC-led trip to Israel for freshmen Democratic members of Congress departs this week. According to their report, the delegation, which is led by former Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, is expected to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In the middle of the unfolding genocide in Gaza and American’s shift in opinion as a result, no member of Congress should entertain a trip like this. Please take a moment to contact the freshmen class members who presumably would have been invited by AIPAC and verify they are not going.
