I was one of the first savagely beaten by lawless, violent Antifa thugs.
And unless we do something to stop them today, I won’t be the last.

I was at Antifa's "ground zero" in Portland, Oregon during the summer of 2019.
This was before most Americans had ever heard of the Antifa movement, but they'd caused havoc and violence before.
I went to an Antifa "protest" as a journalist to document and report on their “protest.”
As soon as I arrived, I feared for my safety.
The mob was angry, and violence always follows Antifa.
Most of them wore masks to prevent being identified when they commit crimes. Many had on helmets and carried riot gear. Some, I later learned, secretly had weapons like baseball bats, brass knuckles and even bricks.
I was scared, but I had a job to do, so I pressed on.
People like you needed to know what was happening.
But I didn't go unnoticed for long.
Somebody recognized me and bashed me on the back of my head in an ambush.
"F*** you, Andy Ngo!" shouted voices around me. "Go home, fascist!"
Fists started flying at my face and head. Then came the projectiles.
Before I knew it, I was being repeatedly punched, kicked, and hit with objects.
I tried to protect my head. I did not strike back as I knew that would only escalate the situation and put me in more danger.
The thugs robbed me of my camera so that I wouldn’t have evidence of the assault.
What they did to me is unacceptable and criminal. And now they're trying to do the same to other innocent Americans like you.
That's why I sued members of the Rose City Antifa organization to bring them to justice and send the loud clear message that they are NOT above the law.

This is bigger than me alone.
After I got away from the mob, police finally showed up when I was in the hospital. But my attackers stole my evidence and nearly silenced me permanently with a traumatic brain injury.
Later, cell phone footage from a bystander surfaced online. Thank goodness! The video captured part of the attack, clear as day.
I hoped I'd get the justice I deserved.
Wrong.
To this day, six years later, the Portland Police have done nothing.
No charges. No arrests. No suspects questioned.
It's not much of a surprise, though.
Radical politicians have long since bowed to the dangerous left-wing mobs that terrorize their streets.
That’s why the Center for American Liberty helped me file a lawsuit against my attackers. A judge ordered three of them to pay damages – but more than a year later and they have not paid a dime.
So now the Center for American Liberty is helping me track them down and make them pay for nearly killing me and trampling upon the First Amendment.

Some members are avowed socialists or communists. But many are much worse – open violent anarchists who want to tear down civilization and remake it in their own twisted vision with no law and order.

Rioting. Destruction. Mayhem.
And they know, as long as they choose politically favored protests to co-opt, the media and politicians will never have the guts to denounce their violence or hold them accountable. They did that with BLM. They’re doing it now against ICE.
It's a sick strategy, but very smart – because so far, they've been successful.
For the most part, they've gotten off scot-free.
Our politicians and media are treating this terrorist group like peaceful protestors!
As we saw in Los Angeles earlier this summer, their riots will only spread and intensify if Antifa continue to escape consequences.
