Folks, it’s Senator Ruben Gallego, and I have a special announcement: I’m coming to Iowa in ONE week!

That’s right, I’m teaming up with the Iowa Democratic Party to host a town hall.

Leaders in Washington are abandoning their constituents. My colleague Joni Ernst is a prime example. When asked about Medicaid cuts, she said “Well, we’re all going to die,” and then voted to strip away healthcare for hundreds of thousands of Iowans.

Enough is enough. Republicans need to stop giving tax cuts to billionaires and actually help the constituents they were elected to represent.

I’m coming to Iowa to talk about it, create a space for you to air your grievances, and discuss how we can move forward as a country together.
