Donald Trump just launched his latest attack on our health, our climate, and our wallets — and it’s coming straight from the tailpipes of America’s cars and trucks.
🚫 Rolling back fuel efficiency standards
🛑 Delaying the shift to EVs
💸 Costing Americans billions in health and fuel costs
Why? Because Trump decided he hates electric vehicles. He’s turned EVs into a culture war, not because of facts or science, but because he thinks it’ll rile up his base. And he’s using junk science and backroom deals to kill policies that were saving consumers money at the pump, cutting toxic air pollution, and helping our country shift toward a clean energy future.
Trump may be trying to slam on the brakes, but the wheels of progress are turning anyways. We’re on track to have as many EV chargers on the road as gas stations within the next few years. Auto manufacturers are investing billions in clean (and better!) cars. And families are still demanding a cleaner, healthier future.
This is a fight we can’t afford to lose. We need leaders who will stand up to Big Oil, push back against Trump’s pollution agenda, and keep America moving forward.
