The humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to grow more dire: There are no fully functioning hospitals in Gaza. Medical supplies are running out. More than 10,000 people in urgent need of care are waiting to be evacuated. At the same time, widespread starvation and malnutrition are weakening immune systems and compounding the health crisis – especially for children and pregnant women.
Americares has been supporting the health system in Gaza and the West Bank with deliveries of essential medicines and medical supplies for over 30 years. Since October 2023, Americares has ramped up aid deliveries. Thanks to supporters like you, we have:
