Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on June 2, 2025 from Goshen Solar, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Goshen Solar Project in Goshen County. The Permittee requested an extension of the permit to change the commencement of construction to on or before June 30, 2026. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 22-09 on June 14 and June 28, 2025. The Director authorized the change on July 17, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
