** EMET is Hiring!
------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Friends,

We’re excited to share that EMET is hiring! If you or someone you know is passionate about Israel, U.S. policy, and national security and wants to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to explore current openings at emetonline.org ([link removed]) .

** Why Work for EMET?
------------------------------------------------------------

EMET (the Endowment for Middle East Truth) is a dynamic, non-partisan think tank and policy institute in Washington, D.C., committed to educating policymakers and the public about the importance of Israel to the United States in the fight against radical Islam. By joining our team, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that punches above its weight in shaping policy, influencing leaders, and standing up for our shared values.

Whether you're interested in communications, policy research, event planning, or advocacy, EMET offers a unique opportunity to engage in work that truly matters.

We are hiring for three roles:

Legislative Fellow: serves as EMET’s primary liaison with congressional offices, managing all communications, scheduling, and meetings. This role involves maintaining the organization’s Google Calendar and Zoom account, briefing members of Congress and their staff on Middle East–related issues, attending Capitol Hill and virtual events as needed, and preparing and presenting written materials such as one‑page briefs, backgrounders, and articles.

Director of Development: will lead EMET’s fundraising efforts by crafting and executing a strategic development plan, in close collaboration with the Executive Director and Board leadership. Key responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major donors, overseeing grant writing and reporting, producing compelling case-for-support materials, managing fundraising events and donor outreach, and maintaining donor records. The ideal candidate brings at least 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.

Legislative or Research Student Interns: designed to provide hands-on experience in shaping Middle East policy. Legislative Interns engage directly with the legislative process by supporting communications with congressional offices, participating in trainings, and completing related academic projects. Research Interns conduct literature reviews, gather and analyze data, and complete one to two in-depth projects that will be published on EMET’s website.
