Look: Trump knows that he’s on track to lose the House next year. So he just did something we’ve never seen.

The President of the United States ordered Texas to gerrymander the state even further and eliminate more Democratic held congressional districts. Gerrymandering is an old dirty secret in politics that’s been around long before we got here. But for the president to publicly order a Republican state to do it... it’s never happened before.

Now, more Republican states are following suit. They’re desperate to prove their loyalty to Trump. This could get real bad, real quick.

It isn’t the role of VoteVets to determine the shape of any state's districts. That’s not our fight. But this relentless effort to shrink the map for us makes the role we do have even more important.

VoteVets is gearing up to fight like hell for every single seat we can win next November. Trump has to be stopped, and the only way we can do that is by electing Democrats to Congress.
