Accountability is Coming

Patriot,

It was an awful time in so many ways.

The Covid pandemic ushered in some of the worst violations of American civil liberties of any event in our history.

Americans across the country were forced out of their jobs, out of their churches, and out of their schools.

Economies around the world collapsed, and basic human rights were suspended.

Here in America, millions were forced to take a vaccine – one that utilized brand new, unproven technology – in order to have some rights restored.

This government tyranny was made possible in 2005, when Congress passed the so-called “PREP Act,” giving drug companies legal immunity from injuries caused by their inadequately tested vaccines and other medical “therapies” rushed to market during future “emergencies.”

Among so many unconscionable acts perpetrated by our government, this was a doozy.

Countless Americans – likely some you know personally – are now suffering from severe injuries from these forced vaccines, and many have died.

Patriot, the government could never have forced the Covid vaccines upon the American public if not for the PREP Act.

And in the process, they took away your right to compensation for the injuries caused by the action the government forced you to take.

But now, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has introduced a bill to restore your rights under federal and state law for those harmed by pandemic products.

It’s crucial you sign your directive demanding your U.S. Representative cosponsor H.R. 4388, the PREP Repeal Act!

“The PREP Act is medical malpractice martial law,” said Rep. Massie. “The 2005 PREP Act prevents people from holding corporations accountable for the pain and suffering they cause during Presidentially declared emergencies. Americans deserve the right to seek justice when injured by government-mandated products. The PREP Repeal Act will restore that right.”

This could be the single most important health freedom bill in Congress right now.

It would bring long-overdue accountability for harm from the medical industrial complex.

The PREP Repeal Act would:

• End liability protection for pandemic products
• Restore the right to sue for injuries caused by drugs, vaccines, and other PREP-covered products
• Applies retroactively to pending lawsuits and appeals
• Rescinds unused federal funds from the PREP Act injury compensation fund.

If a product causes harm, the injured deserve a path to justice.

But at the end of the Biden administration, then-HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra extended PREP Act liability protections for COVID vaccine injuries through December 2029.

We can't wait four more years for justice.

Tell your representative to support and cosponsor the PREP Repeal Act right now.

The U.S. House is not in session at the moment, so you and I have a little time to generate an outpouring of support for H.R. 4388.

When Congress returns in September, we need to be ready to deliver a massive pile of petitions demanding they cosponsor this critical bill.

Right now, too few voices in Washington are speaking up and demanding justice after Covid. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and Rep. Thomas Massie are fighting for the truth, but others in Congress want America to just forget about it and move on.

The fact is, unjust Covid policies are still in effect today. So when the next pandemic rolls around, all the infrastructure to trample your civil liberties are still in place.

You and I cannot just “move on.” The American people were harmed - and may be harmed again.

So much pain and suffering.

Americans will never forget the years and memories they lost.

We will never forget the family members who perished.

We will never forget the humiliation we were subjected to in our schools . . . in our workplaces . . . in our churches.

We will never forget being shut out of our churches, kept away from our loved ones in hospitals, family members kicked out of the military, and being threatened by our own government.

Thomas Massie isn’t giving up this fight, and neither can we.

But your lawmakers MUST hear from you and know you DEMAND action.

So sign your directive now demanding your U.S. Representative cosponsor H.R. 4388, the PREP Repeal Act!

Then, please consider pitching in $25, $50, $100, or even $250, $500, or $1,000 so Campaign for Liberty can rally more liberty activists to force accountability and hold Congress’ feet to the fire.

You and I must keep the pressure on Congress to uncover the lies and find the truth – and then take action against those who pushed the lies and half-truths on us!

P.S. The government response to Covid-19 killed millions of people and damaged every single one of us.

The PREP Act of 2005 gave drug companies legal immunity for any harm their inadequately tested vaccines cause.

Countless Americans – likely some you know personally – are now suffering from severe injuries from these forced vaccines, and many have died.

The government took away your right to compensation for the injuries caused by the action the government forced you to take.

It’s crucial you sign your directive demanding your U.S. Representative cosponsor H.R. 4388, the PREP Repeal Act!

And if you can, please make a generous donation to support our work and hold our lawmakers accountable. The elitists – elected and unelected – have run roughshod over we, the people, for far too long. You and I must demand full accountability.
