As Donald Trump and his enablers work to enact their radical Project 2025 agenda, I want you to know that I am doing everything in my power to defend our democracy from their extreme, inhumane policies.

But as we know, the challenges ahead aren’t going to be easy. We saw proof of this over and over again this month. Whether it's cutting health care and food assistance from those in need or defunding public media and firing the public servants who support our Veterans, the Trump Administration has been slashing programs and policies that people rely on.
