Extreme weather events like floods, wildfires, and hurricanes are worsening year after year, and we simply can’t afford to be unprepared.

Maria is taking action.

Last week, Maria unveiled a five-point plan to improve our national weather readiness, and she publicly called on the Trump Administration to ensure the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Weather Service (NWS) have the necessary funding to alert and keep our communities safe.
