Tonight, Senator Bernie Sanders is forcing a Senate vote on two Resolutions of Disapproval to block a $675.7 million weapons sale to Israel — including thousands of bombs and over 20,000 machine guns.

The bombs included in this sale are the same type that Amnesty International and other credible human rights organizations have identified as being used in unlawful strikes targeting civilians in Gaza. The firearms are set to be delivered to Israeli military units not only implicated in gross violations of human rights, but also in the murder of American citizens.

MPAC is sponsoring two urgent campaigns — one to call ([link removed]) with IMEU Policy and one to write ([link removed]) to your Senators with A New Policy — demanding they vote to block this deadly deal.

This is one of Congress’s only tools to halt arms sales. If we don't speak now, the weapons will be on their way and so will more death and destruction.
