Friend, for more than a century, the Antiquities Act
has protected our most cherished places: Grand Canyon, Bears Ears,
Stonewall, and over 150 more.

Now, those protections are at risk like never before. A dangerous
bill-S.220/H.R.521-would repeal the Antiquities Act
entirely. And a recently released Department of Justice memo opened
the door for presidents to unilaterally revoke national monument
designations-putting millions of acres of protected public lands
in jeopardy with a single stroke of the pen.

We can't let this happen.

Call on Congress to defend the places that belong to all of us.

TAKE ACTION NOW

This fight isn't just about legal authority-it's
about the places we love, the communities that rely on them, and our
shared responsibility to future generations.

National monuments protect our natural wonders, cultural heritage, and
outdoor spaces. Our public lands drive a $1.2 trillion outdoor
recreation economy and reflect the stories of all Americans.

Congress should be working to strengthen protections for public
lands-not dismantle them.

Urge your members of Congress to defend our national monuments and
preserve the Antiquities Act today.
