I’m Saige, the fundraising fellow here at Ruth’s List.
I’m a recent graduate from Canterbury High School in Fort Myers, Florida and just finished my first year at Furman University. I’m studying pre-law politics and international affairs — working towards my goal of becoming a lawyer and receiving a PHD in research regarding religion in American Politics.
I’m passionate about women’s rights and equality, and that’s why I’m so excited to be working for Ruth’s List. I’m gaining experience that will help me both to build my career and to help make meaningful change in my home state.

When I joined this fellowship, I didn’t know how fast I’d be thrown into the action — but so far it’s been the best experience and I’ve learnt so much. Now, I’m able to help our finance team raise funds that will be critical to Ruth’s List candidates in 2026.
