John,

Donald Trump’s Department of Justice is demanding states turn over election data – including entire voter rolls.

Trump’s DOJ wants states to turn over voter lists, election info

So far, nearly a dozen states – including most battleground states – have received sweeping requests for sensitive election materials.

States like Colorado, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, Maine, and New Hampshire have received these requests.

Let’s call this what it is, John: a federal takeover of elections, grounded in conspiracy theories and designed to intimidate election officials.

This isn’t about “election integrity.” It’s about Donald Trump laying the groundwork to discredit the 2026 and 2028 elections – just like he did in 2020.

Even Republican election officials are pushing back, refusing to cooperate and warning that these demands are dangerous and unprecedented.

At DASS, we’re preparing to fight back – but we need your help today.

Our DASS Legal Fund is working to defend states, protect voter privacy, and stop Trump’s DOJ in its tracks. But legal action is expensive, and the window to act is narrowing. Can you chip in $20 to fund these efforts? [[link removed]]
