Judicial Watch Sues for Records on Removal of West
Point Crest from Bibles in Academy Chapel
“It appears the Biden
administration and its leftist accomplices were determined to sever all
connections between West Point and traditional values,” said Judicial
Watch President Tom Fitton. “They added divisive DEI programs to the
curriculum and removed ‘Duty, Honor, Country’ from the Military
Academy’s mission statement. Now, we learn they removed the West Point
crest from Bibles in the West Point Chapel. It’s a wonder they didn’t
remove the Bibles.”

Department
of Justice wants to inspect swing state voter rolls
USA Today
Tom
Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, a right-leaning organization that
advocates for government transparency, said many states are not doing
enough to maintain clean voter rolls. He said his organization has sued
multiple jurisdictions over the years to get about 5 million names removed
from voter rolls, including in New York City and Los Angeles.
Fitton said a voter registration list is “a pool of names from which
someone with problematic intent can draw to engage in fraud. And the
appearance of dirty voting lists undermines voter confidence and
participation.”

Defense over documents related to a controversy surrounding the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point crest on Bibles in the West Point Cadet
Chapel.
Judicial Watch originally submitted a FOIA request in December 2024 for
documents related to the Bibles, after the MacArthur Society, a group for
West Point graduates concerned about potential politicization at
the military academy, tipped them off to the potential removal of the
crest from the Bibles.

Just the News
Judicial
Watch filed a lawsuit against the Justice Department for records regarding
former President Biden’s pardon for his son Hunter Biden.
“The Hunter Biden pardon for undefined crimes going back a decade is
