The National Congressional Campaign Committee (NRCC) just launched a paid ad campaign against me.
These attack ads – which are running in my district as you read this email – are targeting the most “at-risk” Democratic incumbents in Congress. Their goal? Protect their slim House majority and deliver Trump a full four years of unchecked power in the White House.
In the first quarter my opponent was the highest-raising Republican challenger in the country. Make no mistake: that puts me squarely at the top of the list of districts the national GOP is scheming to flip red.
As a reminder I haven’t accepted a single cent from corporate PACs since I first ran for Congress back in 2017 – and even with my re-election races becoming more competitive, I’m not about to start now. I’m counting on you, John.
