Senate Republicans unveiled police reform legislation that includes nearly a dozen bipartisan provisions. It includes proposals supported by Democrats, such as de-escalation tactics and additional training.

Democrats plan to block the legislation, and yesterday Nancy Pelosi accused Republicans of "trying to get away with murder, actually -- the murder of George Floyd."

The legislation they plan to block is being led by Senator Tim Scott, an African American member of Congress from South Carolina.
