John,

Just days ago, peace was shattered when 200 Christians were murdered in an overnight massacre. 40 gunmen stormed a Nigerian farming village – 98% Christian – shouting "Allahu Akbar."

A local youth leader provided the stark reality: "We're still finding bodies in the bushes."

The slaughter was of mostly women and children in displaced Christian families who tragically thought they had found refuge in this village from the very Islamic radicals who arrived to terrorize them.

ISIS-linked militias want nothing more than to wipe out Christians.

I just returned from the U.N. in Geneva, where I highlighted the dire plight of Christians terrorized in the Congo (DRC). They are being hunted down and brutally executed simply for having a Christian name. And 77 Christians were just bombed in a church in Syria.

We JUST filed 13 written submissions to the U.N. on Christian persecution and human rights – including in Africa and the Middle East. These filings will hold offending countries accountable and pressure them to protect their Christian populations.

For 35 years, the ACLJ has been dedicated to defending Christians. But to continue the expansion of defending the persecuted, we need your support.

We're in the final week of our 35 Years of Justice Drive. Donate today and have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED to enable us to advocate for the persecuted and save lives.

Jihadist groups are increasing their barbaric persecution of Christians in Nigeria; we have to act.
