Dear John,

We had just days.

And yet, in those final moments before the July 19 deadline, something incredible happened.

Not just in one country. Not just one delivery or one petition. But a global surge of citizens united by one goal: to stop the WHO’s power grab!

A power grab that infringed upon your individual and health freedoms by handing unelected bureaucrats the power to impose lockdowns, mandate vaccines, restrict travel, and censor dissent—without your consent.

From Europe to Africa, the Americas to Asia, CitizenGO campaigners showed up in over 20 countries.

We stood outside government buildings. We knocked on doors. We climbed the stairs. Waited. Insisted. And we handed in your signatures—by hand, in your name.

Watch our global delivery in action!

And not only!  We also launched a massive, coordinated campaign on X, where your reposts helped flood government channels with our message—forcing our government officials to see and respond to our growing public pressure.

You weren’t just heard in the United States.

You were part of something bigger. Something global. A movement!

And then… the impossible happened.

On July 17, my friend and colleague Anna—our Campaigns Director in the U.S.—delivered her letter to Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the Department of Health and Human Services.

She had been calling his office all week—relentless, determined, unwavering. She left that night exhausted, praying it would be enough.

On Friday afternoon… it was!

The United States formally REJECTED the 2024 IHR amendments.

A joint statement by Kennedy and Secretary of State Marco Rubio made it official: the U.S. will not submit to the WHO’s new International Health Regulations!

“The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations open the door to the kind of narrative management, propaganda, and censorship that we saw during the COVID pandemic.

The United States can cooperate with other nations without jeopardizing our civil liberties… or ceding away America’s treasured sovereignty.” — Secretary Kennedy.

Now here’s the thing—As I listened to Kennedy speak, I realized: he was quoting us. His words… the structure… the exact concerns… It was all right there in our petition. The same points. Virtually the same language.

Your signature that helped push him over the line.

I called Anna immediately, and she was so happy. We had done it. And the hard work paid off—you and I successfully managed to push the largest donor of the WHO to part ways now COMPLETELY from this corrupt, globalist organization.

We both knew just how important that was - not just for the United States, but for the rest of the world!

And then, more good news …

Saturday morning, early—I rang Matilde, my friend and colleague at CitizenGO Italy. I think I may have actually woken her up! But it was worth it.

Italy had followed suit!

I couldn’t believe it. A second country that withdraws in less than 24 hours, because of our direct pressure!

Matilde told me all about the work that went into pressuring Health Minister Schillaci, how they never stopped calling, showing up, writing, making noise.

I was so happy—especially remembering how hard Italy had it during COVID. I told her: thanks to your work, those dark times won’t repeat themselves. And it’s because of people like YOU.

But it didn’t stop there.

Something very interesting is happening in Austria.

Austria has launched a formal legal challenge to the Amendments.

They’re questioning the whole process. And they want to get approval from their national parliament before proceeding with any of this.

And they’re not wrong to. Because what the WHO tried to do—again—is rewrite international law in secret. Without votes. Without proper oversight. And without your consent.

The United States, Italy, and Israel are some of the countries that have officially withdrawn from the IHR.

Some are suing. Other still have time—thanks to early pressure, their deadline was extended until March 2026 - Slovakia and the Netherlands.

The truth is: we never had much time. And it was always going to be difficult. The WHO bends and breaks the rules and does everything possible to make life hard for warriors like us

But we made it count.

The WHO thought they could sneak this through. Quietly. Unopposed. They were very wrong.

Because you said NO:

  • NO to unelected technocrats
  • NO to medical authoritarianism
  • NO to digital surveillance, vaccine passports, lockdowns, and forced compliance
  • NO to the same draconian mistakes we all suffered from during Covid.

This is the proof of the power you and I have, together, on a global level.

You see—this is not just about the IHR. Or the July 19 deadline.

This is about the last three years. About every fight we’ve taken on together.

We were the first to expose the WHO Pandemic Treaty.
We were the loudest voices in Geneva.
We were the ones they tried to silence.

And now?

Now we’ve single-handedly shattered the WHO’s credibility.

I mean it - we exposed what they were doing. We exposed who benefits (Big Pharma, unelected bureaucrats). And we’ve gotten in the way of their agenda—time and time again.

Let me say it clearly: this is HUGE. What you and I have done together matters. It matters for sovereignty. For freedom. For democracy. For the world!

And we’re not done.

The Pandemic Treaty fight isn’t over. We’re taking the fight to national level, pressing countries to reject it, as well as in Geneva.

But with the IHR amendments, we won’t give up either. We will continue to press our national governments to disassociate and break free from any WHO binding control.

It is our freedoms that are being violated as a result of these regulations—and when your freedoms are on the line, I promise you: myself and CitizenGO will NEVER back down!

Count on that, ALWAYS!

We are stronger than ever. I see it day by day, with the things you and I are achieving together—things that three years ago, I thought were impossible.

So even after July 19, the battle continues—just on different fronts.

The door is not closed. Not by a long shot.

This is a movement. And together, we’re unstoppable.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for showing me that really, nothing is impossible.

For life, freedom, and sovereignty, always.

Sebastian Lukomski and the entire CitizenGO Team

P.S.

The United States is the WHO’s biggest donor. It was never supposed to pull out. But it did. And that was because of YOU.

Your voice, your signature, your pressure—delivered in person, on the ground—helped shift one of the most powerful governments in the world.

That’s not just a win. That’s history. And if we can do that in the U.S., imagine what we can keep doing—if we stay in the fight.

I promised you that when our freedoms are on the line, we don’t back down. But victories like this don’t happen on their own. They take people. Time. Resources. And courage.

If you’re proud of what we’ve achieved—if you felt even a moment of hope reading this—please help us keep going. We need your support now more than ever. Donate here to be part of the next victory.

The radical globalists and woke elites want to erase our values—but together, we stand strong. CitizenGO is a movement of millions around the world, fighting every day to defend life, family, and freedom against those who seek to undermine them. We are faithful, so we will never quit.
