At Trump’s request, Republicans in Congress passed sweeping cuts to SNAP, effectively taking food off the table from people in need. He’s even dismantling the Department of Education.

That’s why we need leaders like Tammy in the U.S. Senate. Just this month, she’s taken definitive action to advocate for working families.

Tammy stood up to Trump for letting a financial institution off the hook for overcharging military families.

She joined her Democratic colleagues in calling on the Trump Administration to release billions in frozen education funding.
