Fenton Street has been overtaken with an uncanny tranquility since its busiest sections have been partially or fully closed. The angry honking of horns is nowhere to be heard; the pedestrian crossings no longer require one’s life to be put on the line. You can, at times, even hear the birds chirp. So why don’t we keep it that way?
