Good news! The House passed a bipartisan bill to direct the USPS to create a unique zip code for North Tustin, whose status as an incorporated area causes confusion. A unique zip code will eliminate misdirected local taxes and provide certainty for residents who have called North Tustin home for decades.

Watch my speech in support of the bill on the House floor HERE.

California is home to over 4.2 million small businesses. Burdensome regulations are hurting our federal government’s ability to fight for them.

I am proud to share that the House passed my bipartisan bill to cut through red tape so we can better help small businesses access capital and grow.

I met with members of South Korea’s National Assembly to discuss the importance of our U.S.–ROK alliance and our shared commitment to a free and open Pacific. As a Korean American and Chair of the East Asia and Pacific Subcommittee, this work is personal — and more important than ever.

The AUKUS partnership is more important than ever to counter growing aggression in the Indo-Pacific region, but bureaucratic delays weaken our ability to counter threats.

That's why I'm leading the ARMOR Act, which passed out of markup in the House Foreign Affairs Committee, to expedite backlog and protect our national security.

I appreciated the opportunity to meet with California bankers and discuss key issues facing our banking industry. I will always work to ensure our financial system empowers the hard-working families and small businesses that make California great.

I was honored to join the KAGC and our Korean American community to commemorate Korean War Veteran Armistice Day. As Chair of the East Asia and Pacific Subcommittee, I’m committed to preserving the legacy of our veterans and strengthening the vital U.S.–ROK alliance.

Innovators like Orion Power are showing the world what’s possible when American ingenuity meets energy independence. I met with CA-40 constituent Orion Bailey to hear how his Lake Forest–based team is turning waste into clean energy and creating jobs with real economic impact.

North Korea poses a threat to us all. I asked the State Department how the America First agenda will address North Korea’s aggression and protect national security.

This week, we celebrated 26 years of the International Leadership Foundation and its work to empower young AAPI leaders. We must invest in our leadership today, if we hope to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

I enjoyed meeting with Orange County constituents from Citizens’ Climate Lobby during their DC Lobby Day. We had a constructive dialogue on bipartisan climate solutions and where we can drive change on common ground.

When the United States shows up as the partner of choice for our Indo-Pacific allies and partners, we win. I was thrilled that the House Foreign Affairs Committee passed the PARTNER Act to ensure America’s global leadership in the region.

Taiwan is the 21st largest economy and produces 90% of the world’s advanced chips. I met with IMF leadership to make one thing clear: Taiwan deserves a seat at the table—and the free world needs Taiwan at the IMF.

I appreciated the opportunity to meet with Ambassador Mathilde Mukantabana, Rwanda’s Ambassador to the U.S. and Vice Dean of the African Ambassadors. I will always champion partnerships that bolster our economic and national security.

I am thrilled that Team Young has helped return over $30 million back to taxpayers from federal agencies.

If you need help with a federal agency, please reach out to my office. We’re here to serve you always.

Have a great weekend!
