Colorado's 8th Congressional District is one of the most flippable seats in the country. In 2024, Republican Gabe Evans won by fewer than 2,500 votes in a district with an even partisan lean. This race will be a true toss-up.
Since then, Rep. Evans has cast some truly indefensible votes. He was the deciding vote to put nearly 1 in 3 of his own constituents at risk of losing their healthcare and to take food assistance away from more than 29,000 households in his district. His own family even spoke out against him because of his long anti-LGBTQ+ record.
This is not what Colorado families want or need. CO-08 has the second highest percentage of Medicaid enrollees in the state and a large Latino population. And voters here sent Gabe Evans to Washington by the smallest of margins.
Now we're investing to flip this seat.
