Now, I want to tell you 3 reasons why Jay Jones needs your support today.

1. Right now, he’s being outraised by his Republican opponent. GOP incumbent Jason Miyares just reported a $7 million war chest. I know a thing or two about winning elections in Virginia – so believe me when I say we can’t let that kind of cash haul go unanswered. And with 103 days until the election, we need to turn things around quickly.

2. As Attorney General, Jay will lead Virginia’s legal resistance to Donald Trump. As you look around at Attorneys General across the country, many are standing up to the Trump administration, but not here in Virginia. Jay will stand up for Virginians’ and Americans’ constitutional rights.

3. He comes from a long line of Virginians who committed their lives to public service. Not only did Jay represent Norfolk in the House of Delegates for four years, but his father was also a delegate, and his grandfather was the first Black member of the Norfolk School Board. Jay knows firsthand what it takes to fight for Virginia families, no matter who you are or where you come from.
