John,
This week, headlines broke: a pregnant woman in Tennessee was denied
prenatal care — because she wasn’t married.
Her doctor turned her away under a new far-right, anti-woman,
anti-abortion law that lets providers deny care based on so-called
“values.”
Now in Texas, a man is suing a California doctor for murder — for mailing
abortion pills to his girlfriend. The lawyer behind it? The same extremist
who wrote SB8.
This isn’t random. It’s coordinated.
Across the country, the far right is building a legal regime to control
women and force birth. From criminalizing pills to denying care, it’s all
part of the same authoritarian playbook.
F*ck that. We’re not backing down.
[ [link removed] ]Women’s March is building our abortion justice fund to fight back — in
the streets and everywhere these fascists show up. Can you chip in $25 —
or whatever you can — to defend our freedom?
