I need to tell you what just happened — because it’s HUGE:

Yesterday, my motion to subpoena the FULL, unredacted Jeffrey Epstein
files from the Department of Justice PASSED in the House Oversight
Subcommittee. And not by a squeaker — it passed 8 to 2 with bipartisan
support.

That means the Department of Justice is now required to hand over those
files to the Oversight Committee. This is an enormous step forward in our
fight for truth, transparency, and justice for the victims.

This is the first time Congress has ever officially demanded these files.
It’s real. It’s happening. And it’s because WE made it happen.

Look — I brought this motion during a hearing that was supposed to be
about protecting children. And I said straight-up:  You can’t say you care
about child safety while you cover for one of the worst sex traffickers in
U.S. history.

You don’t get to have it both ways.

If we’re serious about protecting kids — from Epstein, from Trump’s cruel
immigration policies, from this whole machine of power and abuse — then it
starts with accountability. It starts with the truth. And it starts with
electing people who don’t back down when things get uncomfortable or
politically inconvenient.

That’s what we did yesterday. But I’m telling you now — this is just the
start.

The DOJ has to hand over those files. And you better believe we’re gonna
go through them, demand answers, and keep pushing until justice is served
— no matter how powerful the names in those files may be.
