Preparing for natural disasters ahead of time doesn’t just save money and property—it saves lives.

John,

Preparing for natural disasters ahead of time doesn’t just save money and property—it saves lives.

After Hurricane Katrina, Congress passed a law directing FEMA to fund lifesaving disaster mitigation projects like flood walls, fortified bridges and roadways, and resilient utility systems. Since then, the bipartisan Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program has helped communities prepare for disasters before they strike.

But now, the Trump administration is shutting down this vital program. This decision is foolish, cruel, and unlawful.

In response Keith Ellison joined 20 other attorneys general to sue the Trump administration. Together, they’re fighting to restore critical funding to communities across the country, including dozens right here in Minnesota.

To show Trump and his MAGA allies that you’re backing Keith and his work to protect us from floods, wildfires, and other natural disasters, please chip in to support our campaign.

Will you give $10, $25, $50, or any amount right now to help Keith push back against Trump’s outrageous cuts?
