The Trump Administration is unleashing an unprecedented attack on the rule of law and oversight.

FIRST: Donald Trump supercharged ICE and created inhumane detention centers to attack immigrants and spread fear and division.

THEN: Kristi Noem illegally prevented Members of Congress from conducting necessary oversight by refusing to allow them to visit these detention centers unannounced.
