In partnership with acclaimed artist Molly Crabapple, activist Paola Mendoza, and comedian Leo González, we've created a powerful video that takes on harmful narratives designed to divide working people and our immigrant neighbors.

Immigrant communities are facing urgent threats from the Trump administration. As we fight off immediate attacks, the National Immigration Law Center is deploying new strategies to reshape narratives and broaden our movement against authoritarianism.

Here are some highlights of what we’ve been up to:

  • We tested and honed messages to better understand what cuts through the noise, producing valuable learnings about the mindsets of low-income communities, who are often targets of anti-immigrant, misinformation.

  • We collaborated with social media content creators to help us reach new audiences, resulting in over 1.3 million views and counting!

  • We put up Know Your Rights billboards across Aurora, Colorado as a community empowerment tool and a visual reminder to all: Immigrants have rights!

For decades, there has been a strategic campaign to scapegoat immigrants for the economic hardships faced by the working class. That scapegoating has opened the door to our present moment.

Our new video seeks to unveil the bigger picture: Together, we are more formidable than those who attempt to drive wedges between us.

Watch the video and share it with a friend, neighbor, or relative. Together, we can continue to move hearts and minds and build a future where everyone is free to thrive.

Immigrants are and will always be a part of this country. Thank you for standing with us in this crucial fight.
