My birthday was on Monday, and I’m deeply touched by the incredible generosity so many of you showed. My daughter Angela shared with me how many people contributed to support our mission to elect Democrats nationwide and to help make America’s greatness accessible and affordable for everyone.

Our work together means the world to me, and I can’t thank this community enough for the thoughtful and powerful birthday gifts.

As I’ve traveled throughout South Carolina and across the country, meeting people and listening to the challenges facing our communities, I’m constantly inspired by the commitment I see to creating a brighter future.

Every action matters -- whether you attend a town hall, participate in a protest, volunteer, sign a petition, or make a contribution. It all adds up in ways both big and small. Together, we have the power to drive the change we want to see in our country.
